Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below. For detailed information on our return policy, please visit our Return Policy page.

Return Process:

1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your item meets our return policy criteria (within 10 days, unused, original condition, etc.).
2. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@mbacollections.com or call (+234) 708 338 8187 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or assist with an exchange according to our policy.
