Shipping Zones and Fees

Shipping fees are determined based on the 36 states in Nigeria. During checkout, your shipping fee will be calculated automatically based on your delivery address.

Estimated Shipping Fees (Examples):

• Lagos State: NGN 1,500 - NGN 3,000 (depending on exact location)
• Neighboring States (e.g., Ogun, Oyo): NGN 3,000 - NGN 5,000
• Other States: NGN 5,000 - NGN 10,000+ (depending on distance and accessibility)

Please note that these are estimates, and the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Times

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Lagos State: 2-3 business days
• Other States (South-West): 3-5 business days
• Other States (North, East, South-South): 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, extreme weather, logistics issues).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our courier partner's website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, MBA Collections only offers shipping within Nigeria. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
